TSA encounter at SAN

 ”He said that I gave up a lot of rights when I bought my ticket.”

Can anybody point out to me where we agree to give up these rights when we purchase an airline ticket? Can anybody explain to me why every citizen in this country is guilty until proven innocent? What can we do to stop this? Why do we have to just go along with this just because it’s mandated by the government? I guarantee that this is not as far as the TSA will go. How many years until the TSA is sanctioned to give strip searches?
