I made the video for Vacation Jason’s Island Flavors which you can see at UCB Chelsea on occasion! Hopefully Riley can get the show out to LA so I can see it too! vjif: WHATS UP PEOPLE. Right now I’m kicking back in the bungalow with a giant hollowed out watermelon full of rum, but I just wanted to take a moment and thank everybody for coming out to the official debut performance of my show last night. I know I often act too cool for school, but the truth is that putting on a show that I wrote at the UCB Theatre is a dream come true for me. I hope you had fun. I know I did. And if you did, please tell a friend! Word of mouth is the absolute best way to build awareness of something cool that’s going on. See you on our next vacation! (Probably December.) Finally, it would be foolish of me to not thank all of the incredibly helpful and talented people involved in the show. There is no way I could have done this on my own. So, thank you one million times EACH to: Frank Hejl for his fantastic direction, encouragement, and advice on all things VJIF.
